“After a hot summer day spent in and out of a family friend’s pool, my daughter ended up with an incredibly severe matted, knot in her hair, one that I simply couldn’t untangled despite using every leave-in conditioner and brush I had at home. For two days, I tried everything, growing more panicked with each failed attempt, especially knowing we were set to leave for a long family vacation in just a few days.
Thankfully, a close friend recommended Lasondra, and I’m so grateful she did. Even though Lasondra was on her own vacation, and her business was closed, she generously opened up just to help us. What I thought was impossible, she handled with patients, care, and incredible skill.
Using a detangling brush and Mizani 25 Miricle Milk leave-in conditioner, she carefully and methodically worked through the knot, pulling out strands of hair little by little until it was completely untangled. There was minimal breakage to my daughter’s hair and after a wash and trim, her hair looked healthy and smooth without any trace of the knot that had been there. Not only did Lasondra take the time to detangle the knot, but she went above and beyond by personally taking us to a beauty supply store to help us purchase the exact product she used so we’d be prepared in the future .
