Like anything, I suppose it matters on the day and the provider. I have been here 3x. Once for someone else, and they did a great job and escalated their care quickly to the local hospital. When I was here last, I was in and out in about 1 hr. The visit today, was another story. I was told there were only 3 people ahead of me. However, I spent over 3 hrs, waiting and waiting and waiting. I waited for the doctor, I waited for the phlebotomist, then I waited for results... Which didn't show anything. They were great on the day of procedure. Efficient and friendly.
BUT
I was told to come back in 2 days for a wound check and packing removal. I was told by the Dr that there is no wait for a return wound visit and I would be seen at once. I don't mind waiting but it's been over 2.5 hours already and I still havent seen a Dr for a wound check. They should not tell you there is no wait for a recheck if they cannot guarantee that. I would not have come back here today.
I was nervous to come here after looking at the rating and reviews but when you fall down your stairs and you know you definitely did something to your foot at 6 at night-the options are limited-especially if you don't want to go to the er. We called ahead and asked if they had X-rays and they told us yes. We got there at 6:20 and I was discharge at 7:55 with a diagnosis, a boot, a follow up appt, and I had a confirmed fractured foot from the x-rays they took.
