Fox technician Erickson Carvalho came out to my house today. He went right to work on a mouse problem in my pool house. He was very engaging and talked me through everything he was doing. Very professional and also offered to follow up in one week.

We used Fox Pest Control for a rodent and ant problem. They have been been very responsive and professional in every sense. Everyone we dealt with, from the dispatchers on the phone to the technicians in our home were courteous and very helpful. We are very pleased with their service.
Received a call from technician that he would be here in 10 minutes. He came to the door and introduced himself. He was the technician that came 3 months ago, so he knows my home inside and out. He is very pleasant and I didn't have to worry about a thing. He reiterated what he was going to do and did it. I have been very happy with Fox Pest Control and it's employees.
