Deb who runs the service department is the absolute best! I had the BOH inspecting my restaurant when it was so hot out! I needed ice in the worse way and Deb was able to get a service tech there right away! I’m just a small customer compared to super markets and large facilities! She is the best hands down. Our bakery lost AC and our buttercream was melting! All the other places I called either didn't call me back or it was going to take a week and half to get out to me. Coldmasters came out late that day, checked it, ordered the items to be overnighted and we're back in 48 hours to fix it! Fantastic personnel to work with both on site and in the office! And it was a lot less than I was expecting!

We can't say enough wonderful things about the Coldmaster crew. They rescued us when our boiler died in the middle of the winter. They were incredibly professional, knew the technical aspects of the work and how to take care of their customers. The crew works cleanly and required no supervision from us at all. They worked overtime several days in a row to complete the job correctly and get our heat on as soon as possible. Thank you Coldmasters!
