From my personal experience I can only say thank you to Mr. Franklyn Bratini and his Tax Office for helping me with my IRS case when I thought everything was lost, Mr. Bratini's experience helped me represent my company before an IRS auditor and I won my case by helping me not to pay the IRS thousands of dollars in fees. This is not a paid ad, this message is from my personal experience and a client of more than 15 years with the Ocean State Tax Office.

Honestly I just called for advice for a tax/real estate matter. I’m not even their client and they took the time to not only call me back but also help me and answer my question (shout out to Donald). This deserves 5 stars for me. Great place

Came in to the office and felt the warm welcome and professionalism from the secretary. Waited a few seconds and walked in to the office where Franklyn the owner made me feel at ease about my tax situations as well as delivering fast services when filing my taxes! 10/10 would recommend. Not too expensive either.
