I got a lift and was never surprised, in pain, or uncomfortable in any way, shape, or form. She was so knowledgeable and kind. Only suggestion is to lift the head and do the underside of head & hair… back of my head didn’t feel as clean as front and sides. For $110 i would add a quick facial cleanse and massage along with a neck and arm massage. Even if only for 10 min. (Neck and decollate was massaged).
