This alarm company still calls me four months after leaving a company I worked for and they monitor an alarm for. I will be changing my number soon but early am calls are getting old.ive spoken to a supervisor several times a out this with no success. Makes me wonder how many old contacts no longer in service they call with vulnerable information they are being paid to safeguard?

I have been a customer of American Alarms since 2004. Unfortunately, they don't seem to care about your past history with their company. Recently, Verizon had 'fixed" my telephone service which precluded AA from accessing my panel to make pass-code changes. Even though my system is working fine they are requiring me to put in a whole new system, including changing the keypads which will leave me to do patch/fix/paint along with a new contract. The new contract is three pages of how they are going to screw you. When I first called I spoke with Kendra who wouldn't budge on any wording in the contract. I then left messages for the owner Jerry to call me which he won't do....read full review
