From the time I first walked in the door, I was treated like a friend, not a customer. I was welcomed, as I walked in the door, by a pleasant smile and a friendly greeting. I already had a prescription, so I didn't need an exam. The young lady who took care of me, was very professional. I had a general idea of what I wanted, and she helped me pick out the best frames to fit my face and my needs. They didn't have the frame I wanted in stock, so I couldn't "try before I buy". One of the best experiences I've had with an optometrist practice (I've been wearing glasses since the 6th grade). The staff is very friendly and helpful. The office is very clean. Everything went very smoothly, and everyone there was really efficient. This made for a very quick visit without any lack in service. I would recommend this practice to anyone!
