I had two different occasions with Center of New England Collision, Inc. Each time David took great care of me and my car. He was able to calm me down and he assured me that I had come to the right place to have my car fixed. I was also given a car to use while my car was being fixed. The outcome was great. I thought my car might have been vandalized and he had spent time over his Holiday getting me down to the shop right away to help put my own mind at ease. It turned out to be a much smaller and different issue. As a first time customer they buffed up my car nice and didn't charge me, but instead wished me a Happy New Year.
