Sparkle City was clean with many machines and an attendant on duty to help you. They also offer drop off service! All the machines conveniently take credit cards/ tap payments. Several of their bad reviews have to do with customer service or tailoring, neither of which have given me trouble (I believe their tailor retired during COVID).“

“I give the attendant 10/10- I think her name was crusting or krystine. She saw me struggling at the washer and went out of her way to ask if I needed help. She explained the machine and offered more help with the detergent dispenser. She was very kind to me! I didnt have to ask for assistance- she took initiative after simply observing me.
