Their realtors are NEVER available. Once they get the listing, they depend on other realtors to sell the house. Do yourself a favor, post your house on MLS and sit back for both customers and other realtors to contact you. Real estate realtors are a scam with these prima Dons / Donnas waiting for the pleasure of getting your money for doing absolutely nothing or close to nothing.
Ask yourself, the last time you sold your house, how often did you see the realtor? Once listing in pocket, listing agent does nothing and still gets half the commission. HELL ANYBODY CAN DO THAT.
