I think CAT studio is gonna help put me on the right trackI contacted Jess probably a month before I even booked my first class and she answered all of my questions and eased any anxieties I had. Unlike other studios I’ve encountered, Jess was incredibly warm, understanding and didn’t make me feel like a bother for any “silly” questions.My first class was fantastic. Everyone was super welcoming and encouraging, I didn’t feel any initial “getting to know you” anxiety. At the end I felt a great sense of pride and I immediately bought myself some grip as incentive to come back.I will definitely be returning and recommending CAT studio for as long as they’ll have me! ?“

“Changing to five stars. Spoke with Kayleigh and it all worked out ?.<br>*********<br>I had been going to afterglow, quite a few times before Covid, then Covid hit. Prior to Covid, I had purchased a package. I had only used one spray tan, prior to Covid and had a few left. Although a couple of years had passed, and things settled, with Covid, I was ready to use the remainder of my spray tans After a couple of phone calls, I spoke with one of the people there who said the Manager would not honor the remainder of my spray tans, but then I would get 20% off one Spray tan. This was very poor customer service as I was out around $70. A good friend of mine, who had gone through the same thing with another tanning salon had purchased a package before Covid hit and just started up recently about a week ago and resumed with her package deal and her tanning stated they don’t expire there and she has six left ! Needless to say, I never referred afterglow or went back again. I was never told there was any expiration on this package. How sad, that they could not honor the remainder of my tanning sessions and lost a customer because I would’ve gone back time and time again and referred people.“

“Love this salon. It always smells great and is so clean. Today was my second time here, this time for a lash lift and tint and Christine was great. I work overnight shift and made an appointment right after my shift on my busiest day because I wanted to do something to make me feel good. Even with me taking cat naps during the service (again overnight worker) Christine was so sweet and assured me it was fine since I was a little embarrassed. My lashes look great! definitely would recommend.“
