One of the best experiences I’ve had with a company ever. From sales to installation all of the people I’ve worked with have been knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. We had a 5 head heat pump/mini split system installed. Sales is extremely responsive and answers calls/emails in a reasonable time. The installation team was amazing. They arrived when they said they would, respected my property, cleaned up as they went and completed the work as quoted. Ryan and Collin were exceptional and their hard work was very much appreciated. We received multiple quotes on this job and Superior Comfort wasn’t the lowest but they showed a level of service through the sales process that the others did not. That level of service followed through installation also, we’re so glad we decided to go with them
The door on one of our mini splits was broken and wasn't cooling properly. I looked at the reviews and decided to call. Was happy that they could come out the following week. Jeff came out and repaired the door and said all 3 units were low on coolant. He fixed it the same day and we're really cool now, just in time for the heatwave!! Excellent fast service and nice friendly staff. Would definitely recommend them if you're having any issues. Will call in the future if we need service again. Thank you!!
