I never write review, but I had to for this. This has to be the rudest office staff. They don't even pick up the phone.

Great way to ruin your mood for the day and to get a work out as they'll be giving you a good run around.

This place is a NO for my future business, I would rather risk my car and safety in providence than deal with the office staff here.

Hard to get ahold of people. Drs and office staff are often out and difficult to communicate with effectively. Appointments are often late and long, lots of wasted time going in circles.

Brought my husband to the walk in clinic for trauma to the eye from a work injury. We were the 2nd in line. The man before us was asked to pay his copay which he did and he stated that even when he pays his copay he still gets a bill in the mail. The lady at the front desk rolled her eyes.We are now registering and the lady registering has zero personality and was pretty rude. She cared more about a $30 balance.We were brought out back the doctor came in and lectured on how there should only be 1 person in the room and we should not have sat on the stool.My husband was asked if ice was applied or Tylenol taken he stated no he came right there.
