David is by far the best in the east bay. No nonsense and very personable, he wants to give you the haircut that you asked for and make sure that it is timeless. I live in Florida and every time I need a haircut I hold off till I go back to Rhode Island to see David.

I just moved to the area and was looking for a new Barber. I went to 3 other local places before Dave's. Each place acted like I wasn't even there and required appointment. There were only 1 person there getting haircut. Dave took me right after his client in the chair and gave a great, affordable haircut. He is now MY barber. Will recommend to everyone!
