As a beginning student of Pilates (my wife has been a client for several years), Erin has been an amazing instructor. She is patient and tailors my exercise routine to my specific needs which includes playing better golf. I had read that Jake Arrieta of the World Champion Cubs credits Pilates with helping him become a dominant major league pitcher. While my goals are just fitness and health, Erin's help also has improved my mental state and introducing something new into my exercise program.

Erin is a wonderful instructor. My sister and I work out with her twice a week, Pilates has made a big difference in our lives, especially since we have now entered our 60s. I highly recommend Erin and Alignmentz Studio.
