“My favorite yoga studio! The instructors are great and very welcoming. Highly recommend!!“
“This studio is so welcoming, professional, and good at what they do! The teachers are uniformly knowledgeable, and I love this community and am grateful for their presence in Providence.“
“Though I'd done yoga quite a long time ago, I had never done Iyengar yoga. I've been surprisingly pleased with this different approach, and already find myself carrying what I've learned into my day-to-day. I've had improved posture and self-awareness and feel confident that I'm helping to fend off pains and problems that come with age as I get help undoing bad habits- some of which I didn't even know I had. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and kind, and the community is friendly and welcoming.“
“My wife loves this place. They've helped her get into tremendous shape. This hidden jewel is the spot for yoga in the area.“
“Warm, caring practitioners of: Acupuncture, animal chiropractic, spiritual readings, QiGong, and much more!Full disclosure: I teach QiGong at The Soul Purpose.“
“This was my introduction to yoga. I took my very first class here about a month ago when I first became interested in yoga. Looking back on it, it probably wasn't a great idea to jump into a one and a half hour hot yoga class for my very first session as I struggled to keep up and was sweating like crazy, but despite all of that, I still loved it and have been doing hot yoga classes ever since at a studio closer to my house. The staff working here are very kind and friendly and were there at the beginning of class welcoming everyone. Even though I couldn't keep up with the class, I was never made to feel uncomfortable about it. The instructor was great at teaching the yoga class. Overall a great yoga studio for anyone in the Bristol area!“
“I can not say enough nice things about my years of practicing yoga at Motion Center. I have taken a weekly class with Christy Chase for at least a decade. Her thoughtful sequencing and knowledge of the asanas and sutras has helped me both physically and mentally. It is a well appointed studio with small class sizes. The classes are fun, meaningful, and very supportive (pun Intended). Thank you!“
“Love Essence Yoga! Incredibly grateful that I found this wonderful community. The studio is warm, welcoming and bright. Deb is a skilled, intuitive and generous teacher who encourages us to explore and experience the principles of this practice with love, kindness and acceptance.“
“The Thai massage I got at Gracie Love was exceptional. I've never cried during a massage before, but it finally happened -- completely unexpectedly. One minute I was having my hips stretched to their limits, the next I was flooded with tears. It was more than a massage, it was being cared for by a healer. I'm not a spiritual personal all, and I'd say the language that was being used during the massage was not one that I was very familiar with, but the message was clear: love, care, uncompromising positive regard. I felt like my body was surrounded by the care of another human that was safe and good. I would say this massage was truly healing, far beyond my sore hips.“
“Great studio. Wish the work on the bridge wasn’t happening as the traffic can get really heavy for morning or evening classes. Otherwise — fantastic instructors. I love this location over the Providence one because there is a very large FREE parking lot.“
“Such a beautiful space! I love the warm, welcoming vibe you get as soon as you enter the building. The instructor was very gracious, giving me a little tour, and back ground about the facility! Clean facility, and friendly, yet professional intstuctor“
“Awesome experience and needles and bowls! I left calm, relaxed and renewed! Hoping this becomes a regular offering!! Jodie and Nicole will make you feel right at home.“
“I came to Jessie after a week of nerve pain from an injury had gotten me all locked up in my left arm, shoulder, neck, and back. She's amazing. Through a combination of techniques we worked gently through some spasming muscles and tension in muscle groups I hadn't realized were all connected! The session was unhurried and she gave me a vocabulary for describing how things felt and techniques to maintain the level of relaxation we'd achieved. The pain was so reduced that that night I got my first full night of sleep since the injury!“
“I felt completely comfortable and one with this group of light working healers at the Reiki Share last night. Can not wait until next month“
“Mary helped me to get over the hump of my condition. I just wish I had gone to her sooner. Don't hesitate if you are considering seeing her.“
“I have been to see Michelle at Source Wellness a number of times and I am a huge fan. In my younger years i did a lot of damage to my body from sports and stunts etc. so I have always had issues with my back and legs. I have seen a number of Chiropractors and none of them really helped. i think that is the best thing about Michelle is that she combines multiple methods to solving a problem, from Massage to Chiropractic techniques and Reiki to rebirthing (which she still has not sold me on). Regardless of whether you're a conservative republican or a haite st hippy, she has the skills to straighten you out.“
“Authentic yoga in the heart of our beloved Bristol. Teachers are the best: Janet, Kate, Martha - Thank You! Outdoor yoga at Blithewold with Janet is the highlight of the summer.“
“Om Kids Yoga in Hope Artiste Village is so much fun! We had a blast at Mommy and Baby yoga this morning! I found this yoga center by a quick google search online, and I was already impressed with their fabulous website: www.omkidsyogacenter.com I made a phone call and spoke with the owner and fabulous yoga instructor, Elyse Rotondo. I was interested in the Mommy and Baby yoga classes available, and she was so welcoming and friendly right off the bat. When I made it to the center (parking can be a little tricky, but Main Street and side street parking available, plus two small lots in front and to the side of the building are available), I immediately embraced this fun and relaxing space. The classes are reasonable in price, and very much worth it. My child had a great time with all the fun yoga poses, especially the dancing to fun music part. I felt I was able to get a mild to at times moderate workout (with some of the poses). During savasana, the instructor watched a couple of the little crawling babies, as my friend and I were able to fully relax and enjoy a full 3 and a half minutes of total relaxation. This may not seem like a lot - but it was heaven to this mom who is used to chasing after an active little almost toddler. At the end, hot tea is offered and you're able to stay as long as you'd like (there wasn't a class right after). The owner is so knowledgable about yoga, childcare, and keeping both parent and baby entertained, active, happy, and relaxed. I can't wait to go back!“
“Paula is a wonderful, welcoming instructor. She is a highly trained yogi, but offers modifications for all levels. You will feel at home at this yoga studio!“

“Karendayal is a master teacher, healer and Yogini extraordinaire. Classes and events have all been unique and rewarding, I have grown and learned so very much on all levels of being.“
“You will learn more in a single class here than you may get anywhere else. This studio is state of the art and super clean. It encompasses the discipline and expertise of an authentic lineage with the comfort and hygiene of a modern spa. It's worth going out of your way for this place. Especially if you're looking for the real deal Bikram Yoga.“
“Loud music and a fast paced flow define this class. The instructor and an assistant walk around and help correct your form while the class is occurring. Taking a few yoga classes in the past helps since they don't really explain many of the poses. It's easy to get lost, especially when the music drowns out your instructor.“
“No matter how I walk in to class, I always find a deep Sense of peace and centering when I leave. Alyssa is an amazing, real, down to earth instructor that challenges you at the level you are at.“
