No matter how I walk in to class, I always find a deep Sense of peace and centering when I leave. Alyssa is an amazing, real, down to earth instructor that challenges you at the level you are at.

I took an all levels yoga class here once with Alyssa and really enjoyed it. She was very warm and welcoming. I told her I was new to yoga and she was very helpful in guiding me throughout the class. It was here that I had learned that the mat I was using wasn't suitable for yoga (it was too thick and had no grip on it). Alyssa let me borrow one of the studio's yoga mats and told me what to look for in buying a yoga mat. I have since gotten a legitimate one. This is probably one of the better looking yoga studios that I've been to. It's a super cute studio. I love the decor and ambiance here. It has a nice cozy feel to it. I recently moved to the area and was so excited to find myself at Synergy Yoga. This warm community welcomed me with such open and kind arms. The instructors are ALL amazing!!This community is so awesome<3I always leave class feeling lighter, brighter in body, mind and spirit!Thank you Synergy!
