“First time there, very impressed. I had two teeth extracted. Painless, well almost. When you have a good business scheduling is a chore. I know.....I just closed my service business. A lot of people are jerks. They want it NOW on their terms. Call backs.........HA HA. People don't answer their phones any more , or call back. These are the same entitled jerks who leave a bad review. These are the same jerks that are NO SHOW / NO CALL, then expect a reschedule next week. Office staff was prompt and courteous. Dr Bouffard listened to all my concerns and took the time to explain. His assistant was very nice. What more can you ask for? Got follow up appt. in a week. Consultation appt with 2nd DR. in 3 weeks.“

“I had a root canal done by Dr.Melfi almost 7 years ago. I was incredibly anxious going in to the consultation due to extreme dental phobia. Dr.Melfi was hands down the MOST patient, kind, and understanding dentist I have ever seen. I chose his office specifically because he has a tool called "the wand". You can numb a single tooth rather than an entire quadrant of your face.. My dental anxiety is around the local anesthesia, I freak out when everything goes numb and when you do work on the lower jaw, they usually have to freeze everything. I was able to sit through the entire procedure comfortably without my tongue and face being numb. as Dr.Melfi worked his magic. Truly grateful for his kindness. I recommend him to everyone! My root canal and crown have held up nicely over the years“

“I came to see Griffen Votolato on the recommendation of my oral surgeon. This is quite a young man and a fantastic dentist ! He is kind , considerate , Constantly asks how your doing and feeling etc and he is really gentle, doesn't rush at all and obviously takes great pride in what he does . He explains everything so you can understand easily what he is going to do etc ! I wanted to be the first to leave a review for him ! He certainly deserves my time to leave one ! I am happy , thankful and fortunate to have found my way to him .I have a lot of work that needs to be done and so far it's been a very smooth and easy experience! He also has a fantastic assistant named Jada, They are a great team for sure ! Quality care isn't easy to find but this office excelles at it ! “I recently broke a lower denture and could not find anyone to take care of me until I rang them. I walked in and was greeted by a young lady technician and in 45 minutes she made the repair and amended the thickness, fits better than the original and the price was more than fair. Just outstanding. A rarity in business today. I would recommend to anyone.“

“I’m not sure what happened to my review, but this is the best dental office I have been to in years. They are honest and will tell you what is truly wrong with your teeth. I went to another dentist 2 years ago (one of the chains beginning with an “A”) I have the best Delta Dental program, they pay 80% of my bill. Their estimate for my teeth AFTER my insurance, which they actually gave me a written itemized estimate. My share would have been over $10,000!!! They told me that one tooth that I had could not get a crown on it and would have to be pulled. I said I’d think it over. I went to my new dentist and he did X-rays and an exam. I actually walked away getting the crown, which is great after 1 1/2 years and a cleaning. My share of the bill was around $200!! Beware of dentists offering free exams…just my opinion.
