Raphael is incredibly nice, professional, meticulous. He takes time to make passport photos look decent, takes repeat shots, gives tips on optimizing photo results. Reasonable, super good experience.

What a great little photo shop in westmount square! We went in a few days before Christmas because my daughter wanted to make a framed photo collage of family pictures for her grandparents. They have a good selection of nice frames of different sizes at reasonable prices. We were able to pick out a frame and print our pictures from her phone on the spot. Not only that, but the nice salesman in the store volunteered to place the photos in the frame and hang a picture wire on it for us, thus saving me about 30 minutes of work at home and doing a much better job of it in the process. I know it's usually easier and cheaper to send things off to Walmart or similar, but for something special there's no substitute for expert and professional service at a place like this.

Great customer service. It's the second time I get my passport photo done there and being the not-photogenic person I am, both times I was very pleased with the way the photo came out. The gentleman (the owner, I assume) took his time to make sure that I was satisfied with the photo and did a little retouch here and there. Will go there again.
