“I call for service, the secretary answers then tells you that they will call you back....10 days later still no call...in the meantime we wait then we waste our time, then the work doesn't get done ....This is my second time trying to get their service...the first time they called me back 2 weeks later...well I didn't need their service anymore.....shame.... will find another partner.....???? no choice“
