(Please note: This review has been upgraded from two stars to 5 stars given the change in service on subsequent visits). Good service generally speaking. The reason for the 2 star review is that the consultation was presented several times as a $90 flat fee. A contract was signed before hand indicating that any additional fees would be discussed with me and my consent would be obtained. The bill at the end of the session was $190.00 to my surprise. An additional $100 was added for an barometric exam without any discussion with me. I was floored because $90 is plenty for an initial 45 minute consultation. At each of my visits, it was a most pleasant experience with the professionalism of Marie-Pier at reception and the enlightening clinical advice of Dr. Bustillo. Very satisfied with the service received, I highly recommend!

This is for Dr Lounes Laoudi.I've seen him twice for consultation and got my first pair of orthotics a few years ago with him.He speaks fast which isn't an issue for me, he covers everything and explains things really well. He doesn't push for sales if it's not necessary and gives you honest feedback and information.I had gotten some orthotics a few years ago and even though I could technically change them since my foot and gait has changed slightly, the improvement wouldn't be worth it so he suggested I wait another year or 2 to change it.I also did the new biometric examination which was interesting and he walked me through all the information there.
