Yesterday I had an interaction with your cashier Hana she does not know how to speak with customer and she was sleepy or not interested in her job. When i asked her the total amount of my purchases she raised her voice which made me not to come here again in future. Please give them proper training.
16 September 2024. UPDATE AGAIN. went is person to the Shell gas station and the intendant did not have any forms form for me to fill out so he ask me to write a personal letter to his manager and he will make sure his manager will receive it and contact me that was 2 weeks ago. Still no contact and my case is still on standby? Added new photos....19 July 2024UPDATE!!!!!! Still no clear contact and basically been given the run around!! Now she'll is asking me to go in-person to fill out yet another form! This is 2024 I am pretty sure I can get a pdf form and what they need more from me. Caught in faulty car wash today.
To learn that it is the same problem as that of Lasalle where I have been twice. I wanted to change garages to avoid the same experience
