Brought my 600$ coat there to have the zipper changed as it was faulty, as well as get 4 buttons sewn on. Bill came out to 90$, the person serving me was rude when I mentioned that I didn't have a receipt because their machine wasn't working. Got home to inspect the work and the buttons were so tight against the coat I had to wrestle them loose.The zipper they put in feels cheap, like the kind you'd expect from a cheap hoodie or fall jacket. The stitchery itself looks ugly, it feels like it was a rough job. For 90$ I expected a hell of a lot better. Never going back.

The worst experience ever! Do not go there!Bad service, they couldn’t find my T-shirt I even had to called the police to fix the problem and just like that gave me my T-shirt back and when they finally got it , it wasn’t even clean .No costumer service .Service: Alterations

I had to find a dry cleaner in the verdun area, Lagreen seemed to have good reviews so I went there. I did a test run with a couple of shirts. When I picked them up they seemed fine but when I got home I realized that the shirts were ironed at some point but got wrinkled during transportation to the dry cleaner. Because I transported the shirts for 5 minutes and they were hanging in my car.I thought maybe it's a one time mistake because most reviews were positive.Second test run for 3 shirts, it was worst this time.. Look at the pictures, the collars were destroyed and the shirts were wrinkly. At 5$ a shirt I'd expect a better service. Really disappointed since... read full review
