We called them and within a couple hours they sent a team to clean my whole house which was a real mess. To do this on such short notice is impressive. I called at 9am, Khaled was over before 12pm, back within 30mins with a big fan, texted the next day to check in and came back this morning to replace it with a dehumidifier as the carpet was dry.
