Overall, my experience with Home Depot was good, especially their in-store services.
This is for home depot overall not specific to this store only.
I was disappointed with their support regarding contractors. I requested a heat pump replacement through Home Depot and received a call at an odd hour, followed by another the next day, which felt strange. A contractor showed up, but I had no idea if he was from Home Depot. He gave me a quote for both the heat pump and furnace. Another wonderful customer experience had when visiting the store this past Wednesday evening. This time by a person named Robert, who was not only a big help to me but also a wonderful human being.

He approached me to ask if I needed help and took the time to explain things and provide me with proper assistance and respect. As a woman who frequents hardware stores, I can tell you that it's not always easy to get taken seriously. It's sad but it is what it is.
