I went in because it was empty and I was passing by. I explained to the lady I wanted to trim the ends, no more than 1 inch. She cut about 3 inch to leave 1 inch! After the first cut, I repeated “I only want you to cut one inch” but she continued. This was MY WORST HAIRCUT EVER! On top of the fact that she cut too much, she gifted me with two bald spots in the back, one on each side. Needless to say I didn’t pay, but even for a free haircut it’s awful.
