My laptop screen was coming out of the chassis, and I needed a repair. The people working at PC-Teck were very friendly and professional. They gave me a reasonable quote for the repair (other places wanted to charge me more than x2 the price) and were transparent with me for what repair I needed. PC-Teck actually cares about the customer and doesn't overcharge, which is rare to find these days. I would recommend going to them if you need your computer fixed.

A hacker representing themselves as Microsoft blocked my laptop. I went to PC Teck on a referral from a friend. They did a quick fix and did not charge me. I would have gladly paid for the service. PC Teck will be front of mind next time I need something.

Satisfied with their services. My laptop keys were no longer functioning which disrupted my work; after cleaning and testing they ordered the part from the original supplier and replaced the entire keyboard.
