Clinique infirmiere Nord-Ouest provides great service, with a warm welcome, kind and attentive nurses, and easy appointment scheduling. The staff is professional and friendly, from reception to the meeting with the nurse. While some patients may experience a short wait, the overall experience is super well-treated and worth the visit, with many considering themselves satisfied and recommending the clinic without hesitation.
Nurses super attentive and responsive to customer needs. Yes it's private, but they are very concerned about our situation and help us as best they can. It's worth it, much better than going to the emergency room. They really listen to us and the service is just wow!
Great service, quick appointment booking. We can avoid the emergency room for a wide range of health concerns. In a few hours, the consultation was done, the pharmacy prepared the medication and called us!
Great service, good welcome, good care, the nurses were kind and attentive, easy to get an appointment quickly. I am satisfied with the service and I consider myself a “complaining” customer. :-)
