Bad experience as a student a few years ago I left my studies and they hired me full time and directly after I bought a car they stopped bringing me back just when winter arrived. They never gave my 4% after 3-4 years of loyal service with them. And what's more, the 2 team leaders plus 1 secretary were constantly denigrating me, saying behind my back that I was getting the hang of it while I was working more than the other employees. For what? The year before my dismissal I came out of bricklaying at Qualitech and I had crazy cardio which I lost by not working for 8 months.
