Ultra efficient service!! I called this morning around 8 a.m. my battery light was on (alternator) arrived at the garage around 9:10 a.m. and 10 a.m. my alternator was changed!!! A HUGE THANK YOU!!! You're great!!!
I had problems with my car to the point where I absolutely couldn't continue my journey. I called Garage Poirier et Fils and straight away on the phone, I felt taken care of and I found the person I was talking to super friendly. I was then able to call my roadside assistance for the tow truck.
Once I got there, the team took the time to place me in their clients for the day even though they were clearly busy. The repairs were made and I was able to have my car back at the end of the day. I was expecting a higher bill but that wasn't the case. Good service delivered by professionals. I will definitely go back, but I hope not in a tow truck... read full review
