For me it's a 5 star, I had my TV replaced with their geek squad guarantee. Firstly they helped me get the TV out of my car at the store because I had injured my back and I had exceptional customer service. Then a few weeks later I bought a dryer and the same exceptional service to help me order online. I highly recommend and do not hesitate to ask for their guarantee, they offer very good discounts.
At the Geek repair service, although we had stopped by 30 minutes earlier to get our cell phone, the attendant sees us but continues to chat with a supposed customer for 15 minutes, while another works in the back. Both see us and neither comes to see us, for 15 minutes. After this time, the one with the customer asks the one in the back to go and serve us and leaves!!! Service...
