Everyone I spoke with was very courteous and quick to answer my questions. However, having known that it would take so long to deliver a door (an already existing door) from one branch to another, I would have refused to have it sent to me in a branch closer to home and would have done the 3 hours of driving to pick her up from the mother house, so I could have picked her up really quicker. I had to take the follow-up steps myself after more than 2 weeks without any news from them. Considering that the weather forecast was not improving it was starting to be urgent to get this door!
