David really took the time to look at everything. My house is old, and several additions have been made without any history being available. He checked EVERYTHING: attic, crawl space, foundation. He went up, down, back up, back down, etc... to ensure that the recommendations he would issue were fair. I even learned a lot about my house. I highly recommend!
David did the inspection prior to the purchase of my property in a very efficient and professional manner. He explained to me well how to maintain the relevant components, in addition to sending me the report that same evening. I am very satisfied and I highly recommend it!
