After spending almost 4 hours with the company, they told us to call a locksmith to drill the lock because they couldn't do anything else. (New lock in addition) So I contacted Rémy, who in 30 seconds resolved the problem that even the company was not capable of. And even the lock works now.Experienced locksmith that I recommend.
