He is dishonest and he overcharged. I called him to connect the water to my fridge. He came at 3pm and told me he was going to come the next day to do the job because he thought it was going to take 2-3 hours. The next day, he send one of his workers at 2pm which completed the job in 1 hour but still charged me Mario's time from the day before. When i called to ask him about that charge, he said that estimations are not free. I told him that i never asked for an estimation, its him that didnt feel like doing the job on the spot and wanted to return the next day.
