Just got my new Natural Gas Bradford white Hot water heater. Antoine was amazing. Clean job. Exceptional service I highly recommend this company. Benoit was also exceptional and quick turnaround. Thank you both very much!
Excellent service. The receptionist on the phone was attentive and gave clear information. Appointment given the same day. Call made by the plumber (Martin) 45 minutes in advance to report his arrival as announced. Martin reassured me throughout the procedure which was not at all obvious: my sink was clogged. He made sure everything was okay before leaving the scene. The icing on the cake: Martin returned me some excess change that I had given him...honest people still exist on the planet!!! Well done and thank you for everything...I recommend this company.
