I had one or earlier I thought I had a problem with my wall-mounted heat pumps after cleaning them with them. I called the service and Nancy quickly called me back to find out what my problem was, very kind and efficient. Mr. Chassé himself came on December 28 and checked everything and then he took the time and explained to me, as they say, from top to bottom how my devices worked and finally to make me realize that it is hotter on the ceiling than 'on the ground ??♀️ so they didn't leave because on the ceiling the temperature exceeded that requested.??♀️
Very satisfied with my central heat pump. A very good value and superior quality installation. A team of professional and courteous installers. The system meets my needs very well. And we took the time to explain to me how it works and the future maintenance required...Thank you to the whole team...installer, electrician, administration and manager....in short, I am very satisfied and recommend this company.
