We called on them for the installation of a wall-mounted heat pump. This business is a family business. We were well supervised and the representative has a lot of experience. The technicians did a good job, it's really clean! They understood what we wanted. To satisfy us, they had to go under our porch to install the outdoor unit. They never complained about it. Sometimes their punctuality left something to be desired, but for the work they did, I didn't mind! They took the time to do things well and explain to us. Thank you, we are satisfied.
The two installation technicians did a remarkable job, polite and professional. Our central Gree heat pump system works wonderfully. Thanks to the entire JM Air teamServices: Heating system installation
