Pleasant clinic, large choice of glasses and good follow-up but BE CAREFUL: you have an eye emergency... forget them. no question that we will offer you to spend between 2 appointments for your emergency, I am advised instead to go see my doctor family or even to present myself to the emergency room because NO they do not provide this service...very deplorable...I am changing clinics.
Mixed experiences. My initial visit an elderly woman helped me pick out my glasses, and she was fantastic. However, the person who then noted my prescription and adjustments etc. to have the glasses made was really not agreeable. My prescription is from close to two years ago. I acknowledged this. Multiple times. My eyesight hasn't changed since 2007. I understand that it can, however I am still very happy with my current prescription, I was just looking for new frames. The eye exam went really well. No complaints there. On the other hand, when I looked for a frame, the lady who consulted me lacked a lot of tact. She made several stupid jokes and made me try what she liked. She later had me try on a frame to tell me that the frame looked better on the tablet. So after several blows to my morale I left. I didn't feel like buying glasses anymore.
