“je trouve inconcevable que ça me coûte le prix d'une tête de thermopompe neuve pour effectuer les reparation sous garantie. je comprend les frais de déplacement, mais les chargés 2 fois car il doivent revenir pour changer un pièce sous garantie. j'habite à 30min de là, donc c'est 200$ seulement pour le transport à chaque fois qu'il vienne réparer SOUS GARANTIE.“
