They found the right key model using a number written on it and a photo. I didn't have to move for them to have the lock in hand. 2 hours later I went to get my keys. Each key was identified punched on the metal. The keys work perfectly. All this with courteous service and a smile when I went to collect my keys. Efficient people who know their stuff and very pleasant.
The employee I encountered gave me excellent service. You can immediately see that they are competent in their field and they have an impressive selection of keys. A little humor and very efficient service. I highly recommend !
