Great experience! I called to have my tent trailer repaired, they had a certain delay (which is very understandable since it is the beginning of summer). Mr. Vaillancourt took the trouble to find out the problem and gave me some advice to try to resolve the situation myself. In the end he found the problem the first time and I was able to do the repair myself for $10. I thought I would have to pay hundreds of dollars at the start. Despite the fact that I didn't pay for any service, he still priced about fifteen minutes to chat with me, which was very generous of him. If I could give this company 10 stars I would here! They are very professional, accommodating, pleasant, efficient, thorough, very competent and in addition they give advice that you cannot find elsewhere. I highly recommend this workshop for repairs, renovations, problem detection and more.
