Eric was very informative and helpful in all things Trévi, We got a new Spa, and gazebo. They were fantastic in their support even though I provided the wrong measurements but we went back with the proper measurements and they addressed the challenge, again, being extremely helpful. The kudos are extended to other staff members who were also very helpful. Installation is yet to occur but we are confident that it will be done with the same level of professionalism and customer support.
