I called to get a quote for soffits, fascias, and gutters in our home. I spoke with Jacques Deschamps and he came very quickly to take the measurements. Unfortunately, 3 months later and he has yet to submit the quote for the job! Apparently this company is too rich to want more work and they are just wasting time. Look elsewhere if you want work done at home. Otherwise waste your time chasing them for a quote! Ridiculous. If I ever receive the submission, I may change my comment.

This is a great example of an UNreliable company. No way to talk to anyone in this company. I tried via their website and by telephone, there is nothing to do. YOUR CALL IS NOT IMPORTANT to us.The best advice I can give you, FORGET this company and do business with someone else otherwise you will be the one in trouble. They are incapable of returning a simple phone call, it would be unrealistic to think that they will carry out work at your home when they set you an execution date. They don't deserve your money.Do like me, look elsewhere.

***No consideration for the customer, absolutely unreliable and totally irresponsible***Last April I made an online quote for the replacement of my gutter. They gave me an estimate and promised that the work would be done within a month or two. Since 2 months later I haven't heard anything, I left several voicemails and sent emails. They, unfortunately, remained without any response. I even asked my partner to call them – no results but he got the implication that this company prioritizes big contracts.This week my gutter was replaced by another company and it's a shame that I wasted so much time and energy with Gouttière Sud-Ouest.
