The new receptionist Amy was very professional during my call. She was cheerful, courteous, patient and had a very friendly approach. An extraordinary team and a positive customer approach always comes from the first and last impression. As a customer, this is what we remember most. A receptionist is the first contact on the phone and in person and also the last when we pick up our pet. A warm welcome on the phone during my first call.
After an episode of vomiting and very loose stools from our furry baby, we called for an appointment and got a place very quickly! After our appointment on Saturday, the vets called to follow up after 2 days, which was positive again at that time. On the other hand, several days later our little Jax had a relapse and worsening of gastro symptoms despite the steps taken. We returned without an appointment and were very well received. The technicians and veterinarians were very attentive to our concerns and took Jax in for a consultation right away. After several tests and new medications, our little Jax is doing much better! 1st experience with a veterinarian and WOW!We have had our 4 year old boubou for a little less than a month. We are still learning about it.She was due for her vaccinations. Our beautiful Louna is a sweetheart at home, listens well and everything goes wonderfully. It’s like she’s been with us forever. On the other hand, when it comes time to cut the claws or go see her doctor, she is hyper to anxious.The team at the Veterinary Clinic at Pied du Mont were super patient with her. I, who was afraid of not seeming to control my dog, never felt an ounce of judgment on the contrary I was given advice.Dr. Louis was a real gem!!
