Excellent travail de leur part !! Ils sont arrives a l’heure, ils ont ete tres professionnel et ont repare mon probleme de tuyau bouche tres rapidement ! Ils etaient tres sympathiques et propres, ils ont tout nettoye derriere eux et ont meme fait plus que demande ! Je les recommande fortement !!!

We had a nightmare of a kitchen sink problem. It just suddently started clogging HARD. We had no idea why, so we purchased Drano (gel form). That didn't work at all, so we tried the Drano crystals. We put... way too much. The pipes heated up from the chemical reaction of accumulated sodium hydroxide and sodium nitrate... White, stinky fumes came out of the sink. We ran to open all windows and ventilation as our eyes watered. Then we heard a *CLONK* - that was part of the pipes coming off. Corrosive liquid dripped inside the cupcoard and floor as we looked on in horror. Since it was Saturday night, it was hard to get any service without an exorbitant price. We cleaned up carefully and let the whole thing cool down - it was time to shop for a plumber. I spend Sunday looking up reviews and making calls. One company could only send someone a week later. Another wasn't open during weekends to answer calls. But Budget Drain was, and had good reviews overall, so I gave them a call. It was too late for same-day services, but they could make it for Monday. We convened to confirm the time the following morning. After waiting, calling and waiting again, they finally showed up around 8 PM Monday evening. Sylvain and his apprentice Ryan both looked exhausted, but moved quickly. They still had two visits to do after my place. Sylvain started working almost immediately, sawing through the unusable PVC pipes. Dark blue caustic liquid flowed out, but he didn't seem to mind. The small cupcoard filled with an overpowering smell of ammonia, and we put a fan on. He worked quickly, sawing through pipe after pipe, commenting on the less than ideal work performed by a previous plumber. Not more than 20 mins later, he was pretty much done! He stiched up the pipes like a surgeon and voilà - instantly back to normal! Then amount we paid wasn't cheap, but I was happy about the speed and expertise of the guys. I was so happy, I could have hugged him haha. We ended up chatting for awhile about his family and whatnot. Very "sympathique", as we say :) Note: I think he works much better in French than in English. Note 2: Sylvain fuels on Pepsi or Coca-Cola. Keep one in your fridge to surprise him!

Fixed my plugged bathroom drain in five minutes. I paid less than the 2 other places I called for an estimate. About half the price. He only gave a a 2 week guarantee. But for the price it seemed fair.
