We've had an excellent experience so far with Don and ThermaPro solutions. The company was recommended to us by family and friends, and we were not disappointed. Don is an excellent communicator and spent a lot of time providing valuable education and reassurance, regardless of if we signed on for services. He was honest and transparent, and I didn't feel like he was selling me unnecessary services. I had a terrible experience with a smaller, less professional company for a canine in-home inspection (who I chose because of a lesser fee), and regret that I did not book this with ThermaPro after seeing how their staff worked for the heat treatment of our home.... read full review
