Doctors are good but the service for getting a medical appointment is really bad. Every time I need to make an appointment I get the same story: the doctor's schedule isn't available so you have to call back. How does that make sense? You know when the schedule comes out, why don't you call us to book the appointment once we expressed a need for one? That would actually save you time as well as your clients since you'd only be having that call once. My family Doctor recently left at Physimed and Dr. Smith thankfully took me on as a new patient. I have met him now a few times for check ups ect... and I have nothing but GREAT Praise for Dr. Smith. He is thoughtful, does not rush you, answers all your questions and concerns, and is Very Knowledgeable. I am fortunate to have him as my New Family Doctor, keep up the great work, Thank You Dr. Smith!!! And Thank you Physimed for your excellent services.

It is not a walking clinic they refuse to see me as a walking clinic .Google said it’s a walking clinic but it’s not a walk in clinic for who go there be careful, you need appointments work with appointments only and no walk in clinic
