Hi Nadia, I wanted to take a min to thank you for what a great job your massages have done for me. As I told you at our first session I used to weigh about 400 lbs and over the last 4 ½ years I have lost over 222 lbs. Carrying around so much excess weight for a lifetime has left me with bad posture and pain all over my body. Losing the weight helped, but due to all the excess skin I was still in a lot of pain. Especially my legs and my back, as when I would sleep the skin would pull my back muscles when I would roll over in my sleep. It’s been awful and I was pretty miserable. However, since I have been getting regular massages from you it’s unbelievable the difference it has made! My neck and shoulders are so relaxed, my back has never felt better and the pain in my legs has diminished so much I can hardly believe it! After every session, I leave feeling so limber and relaxed. I wish I didn’t have to leave and I could just go to sleep right there on the table lol. I always sleep so well after one of your massages and the pain relief has lasted longer and longer the more I go see you. It’s been 2 months now that I have not pulled muscles in my back, my legs feel so much better and my posture is even getting better too! I cannot thank you enough! You are wonderful at what you do and I’m very grateful to you for no longer having to live in pain all the time. I cannot believe I did not know that you could help me like this.
